OUR VALUES
We conduct our work, in the understanding that we are in the business of providing solutions and in awareness of the responsibility entailed by it. Through these solutions, we drive international trade and play an essential role in the development of our country.
Effective and efficient use of national resources and impartiality are the top defining values of our profession.
Transparency, fairness, responsibility and accountability lie at the center of all our decision making.
We treat our clients, stakeholders, colleagues and employees fairly and openly. We acknowledge and comply with the codes of ethics when conducting our affairs in connection with our profession.

OUR CODE OF ETHICS
Our code of ethics is the whole of the rules that govern the operating principles of YENADER administrative bodies and our relations with stakeholders. These rules also represent the essential ethical foundation on which our professional standards stand for all our members.
MUTUAL RESPECT AND CONFIDENCE
YENADER members are strongly committed to upholding the principles of fair competition, and work under the association on a joint and voluntary basis to advance our profession.
We conduct our work in the association’s administrative organs, committees, commissions and workgroups based on mutual confidence and respect for dissenting views. Our decisions and suggestions represent our shared wisdom, resulting from our work in harmony.
We fulfill our communication responsibility in a timely and open manner, and with integrity. We welcome, respect and honestly respond to clear and accurate feedback.
RESPECT FOR OTHERS, COMPLETE INTEGRITY AND OPENNESS
We treat all our external stakeholders openly and with integrity. We do not discriminate based on age, gender, language, race, faith or political view. We embrace diversity and inclusion. We believe in and support freedom of thought.

In all our activities as an institution, we respect all applicable national legislation, in particular the Constitution of the Turkish Republic, and all international conventions and agreements to which the Turkish Republic is a party.
We use accurate, complete and unambiguous expressions in our communications with regulatory agencies and institutions for all our operations and affairs in and outside the country.

We uphold the public interest in all our activities.

We effectively integrate sustainability policies in all our administrative and production processes, and support preventive approaches, not harmful to the environment. We strive and supports efforts to generalize a more effective sense of responsibility for the environment.

In all our activities, we are guided by our mission, core values and code of ethics and lead by example in upholding and exercising ethics and reputation management in our communities. We avoid actions and behavior that may impair this mindset and our identity.

We offer stakeholders and natural and legal persons whom we interact with options on, and respect their privacy preferences. We use personal data solely for legitimate purposes of our association.
SMART USE OF ASSETS
We take particular care in utilizing all company assets, including time, in a planned and effective manner. We use company assets solely for the company’s affairs.
AVOIDING CONFLICTS OF INTEREST
In all our operations and collaborations, we work and contribute by taking the best decisions for upholding the interests and reputation of our profession.
REPRESENTATION ACTIVITIES, GIFTS, BRIBERY
We offer accept representation activities (celebrations, banquets, entertainment) in strict compliance with laws, the activities stated in our charter and our code of ethics. We never under any circumstances offer or provide any gifts, bribes or kickbacks to obtain business or influence a business decision.
INTEGRITY IN RELATIONS AND INTERACTIONS WITH STAKEHOLDERS AND MEDIA
We share information with our members and the general public on our official website regarding our professional activities, and cooperate with local and national media on these matters. We strive to promote and raise awareness of the ethics of our profession in our dealings with business and social circles. We act in a manner to prevent our personal, social or political views and activities to be perceived or viewed as those of our profession group as a whole.
