Bu<br \/>\nkinetik enerji, r\u00fczgar t\u00fcrbinleri veya r\u00fczgar enerjisi d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm sistemleri<br \/>\nkullan\u0131larak elektrik enerjisine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcr. R\u00fczgar ilk \u00f6nce bir t\u00fcrbinin<br \/>\nkanatlar\u0131na \u00e7arparak onlara ba\u011fl\u0131 t\u00fcrbinin d\u00f6nmesini sa\u011flar. Uluslararas\u0131 Yenilenebilir Enerji Ajans\u0131 &#8211; IRENA\u2019n\u0131n<br \/>\nson verilerine g\u00f6re, karada ve denizde kurulu k\u00fcresel r\u00fczgar \u00fcretim kapasitesi<br \/>\nson yirmi y\u0131lda yakla\u015f\u0131k 75 kat artm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><b><u>D\u00dcNYADA R\u00dcZGAR<br \/>\nENERJ\u0130S\u0130<o:p><\/o:p><\/u><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">R\u00fczgar t\u00fcrbinleri bir<br \/>\nas\u0131rdan daha \u00f6nce bir zamanda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. 1830\u2019larda elektrik jenerat\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn<br \/>\nicad\u0131ndan sonra, m\u00fchendisler elektrik \u00fcretmek i\u00e7in r\u00fczgar enerjisini kullanmaya<br \/>\n\u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131lar. R\u00fczgar enerjisi \u00fcretiminin ilk olarak 1887\u2019de Birle\u015fik Krall\u0131k\u2019ta<br \/>\nve 1888\u2019de Amerika Birle\u015fik Devletleri\u2019nde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fi kabul edilse de modern<br \/>\nr\u00fczgar g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn ilk olarak 1891\u2019de yatay eksenli ve 22.8 metrelik bir r\u00fczgar<br \/>\nt\u00fcrbini ile Danimarka\u2019da ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">R\u00fczgar t\u00fcrbini kapasitesi<br \/>\nher ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn art\u0131yor. 1985 y\u0131l\u0131nda, tipik t\u00fcrbinler 0,05 megawatt (MW)<br \/>\ndereceli kapasiteye ve 15 metre rotor \u00e7ap\u0131na sahipti.
